TRUTH on book covers. Eons ago, at the library, when I was looking for another fantasy book to read, I found one called The Dragonbone Chair by Tad Williams. The cover alone (Michael Whelan) is what made me read the book and now Tad is one of my favorite writers. All because of one amazing book cover.
Kim, that was one of my favorite series, back in the day! I really enjoyed all of Tad Williams' writing. Thank you for mentioning him--it's been so long, and I really should revisit his work.
After he finished the Memory, Sorrow and Thorn trilogy, Tad always swore he wasn't returning to that world. Ha. A couple of years ago he started a new series that picks up 30ish years after the events of To Green Angle Tower.
